Though I have went through all the steps correctly during software installation, when I try to execute the software, it displays a "license manager" error message and it does not operate. What is the problem?

Please make sure once again that you went through all the steps in accordance with the explanations provided during software installation. If everything seems okey about the installation procedures, open the ansyslmd.ini file at "C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\Licensing" with notepad change the contents of ansyslmd.ini as follows, save the files and re-run Ansys:

SERVER=1056license.cc.metu.edu.tr
ANSYSLI_SERVERS=2325license.cc.metu.edu.tr
SERVER=1056ccntserver.cc.metu.edu.tr
ANSYSLI_SERVERS=2325ccntserver.cc.metu.edu.tr

(The local licensing directory and ansyslmd.ini file location may be different depending on your operating system version and installation customization)
