• Log in to EBYS.

• From the left-hand menu, select “Electronic Forms.”

• From the opened section, select “Book Award Form.”

• All necessary instructions are provided on the form. Fill out the form and click the “Submit” button.

• You can track the status of your submitted form by accessing the flow history of the related document from your history screen.

• Since only university staff can access EBYS and students cannot log in, students who wish to apply for the METU Development Foundation Publication Awards must have their book award forms filled out by their department secretaries.

  Note: As of October 1, 2020, article award applications are no longer submitted via EBYS and must be made through the Academic Performance Evaluation Process Management System (https://apsis.metu.edu.tr/).
