Due to communication regulations, a secret document will not be prepared on EBYS. These documents will continue to be prepared and sent as always.

However, the number of the document will be accessed from EBYS using the Numara Talep Formu form.

Document numbers that have been taken can not be canceled. If you want to give up using a document number, this situation can be resolved by following "EBYS -> EBYS Evrak Sorgulama -> Evrak Numara Talepleri -> İlgili evrak numara talebi seçimi", then adding a note to the related document number request.
