Documents that have not been sent to confirmation will stay in your archive as a deleted document after you delete the content and click the "İptal" button.

After a document has been sent to confirmation, it is recorded with a number, and it can not be deleted.

If a document was sent to the target unit with all of the signatures and electronic confirmations completed, it still can not be deleted. However, if there is a mistake in the document, a new document can be created to acknowledge the mistake in that specific numbered document.
