For physical mails such as envelopes, packages, etc., sent physically within our university, it is necessary to complete the Physical Mail Dispatch Form available in EBYS in accordance with the rules set by the Directorate of Documentation and Archives.

The access and usage method for the EBYS Physical Mail Dispatch Form is described below:

• Log in to EBYS.
• Select the "Electronic Forms" option from the left menu.

• From the opened section, select the "Physical Mail Dispatch Form" option.
• All necessary explanations are provided on the form. Fill out the form and press the "Submit" button.

• You can track the status of the form you filled out by accessing the flow history of the related form from your history screen.
