How can I acess the documents of someone that has given me representation?

When representing someone, the dispatch processes are made in the name of the person that is represented. You can do this by switching to the account of the person that is represented in the "Vekaletler" section after logging in to EBYS with your own account.

When representing someone, even though the documents are signed on behalf of the person being represented, the signature is considered to be that of the account which personally signed the document. If one wants to access the documents that have been signed on behalf of someone, the menus shown below can be used.

EBYS -> Kurum Dışı Yazışma -> Giden Yazışmalar -> Vekalet Ettiğim Belgeler

EBYS -> Kurum İçi Yazışma -> Giden Yazışmalar -> Vekalet Ettiğim Belgeler

IMPORTANT: In the current EBYS infrastructure, when there will be an e-signing process, the signer stated in the document and the person that will e-sign the document are not compared. For this reason when you need to sign a document on behalf of someone, you need to check that the information in the signer section is yours as the representative, and if the information there is of the person that is represented, you need to give the document back to the creator of the document in order the make the information in the signer section yours as the representative. After this change, you can sign the document as the representative.
