You can create templates or use templates you have created beforehand.

To use these templates while preparing a document:

Go to the new document preparation screen by following EBYS -> "Kurum İçi/Dışı Yazışma" -> "Kurum İçi/Dışı Yazı oluştur".

Click "Şablon Seç" from the buttons at the top.

Select one of the templates that you have created.

The document will reflect the sections filled in the template.

You can make changes on the document as you wish.

Some templates are open for use by the whole university. You can also use these templates.
