Can I send documents via KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) to institutions that are not public organizations, and if so, how?
In the distribution addition section for external documents, select "Legal Entity" in the destination definition screen.
After clicking the Legal Entity dropdown list, search for the relevant institution's name in the SEARCH text box that appears on the right. If a record already exists, select it; if not, return to the previous screen.
If the selected record does not include a KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address or the institution is not already registered, fill in the required fields on the Legal Entity screen.
Click the OK button at the top to complete the process.
After the document signatures are completed, it will be sent to the Directorate of Document and Archive Management to be delivered via KEP. For more information, you can contact the Directorate of Document and Archive Management.
