In EBYS, documents can be directly accessed from the page that opens after clicking the "View document" link for each email content.

To access other documents in EBYS without needing to log in again, you can click the home button at the bottom right of the screen to go to your EBYS home page and from there you can press the "Confirmations" button at the top of the screen to access every document you can work on.
