How can I approve electronic forms on behalf of someone else when I have received delegation?

Since e-signatures are used on documents created via EBYS, when a person delegates authority, it is mandatory that the name of the delegated person appears on the document.

However, because electronic forms without e-signatures do not have this requirement, the delegation feature in the system allows the delegated person to switch to the account of the delegator via the delegation button located at the top of the EBYS page, and from there, perform the necessary approvals and dispatch processes on behalf of the delegator.

The workflow in the forms could have been designed to function like the system used for e-signed documents created through EBYS. However, if that were the case, when a prepared form passes through its approval steps, if at least one approver had delegated authority, the form would need to be re-prepared from the beginning.
