If the document is going to be prepared externally and not with the system, you can access the Evrak Numara Talep Formu screen from the Kurum İçi or Kurum Dışı menus.

Press the "Gönder" button after filling in the necessary sections. The document number will be created after the confirmation. You can view the created document numbers from Evrak Numara Talepleri under the EBYS Evrak Sorgulama menu.
