Mobile electronic signature is a service offered by GSM operators. You can obtain a mobile signature by applying to Türk Telekom, Turkcell, or Vodafone, which offer this service. The e-Government Gateway currently works integrated with Türk Telekom, Turkcell, and Vodafone mobile signatures.

Mobile signature can be obtained individually, and at Middle East Technical University, the provision of mobile signatures with institutional payment is not currently available.
