The information displayed on the screen of the Cash payment/load devices does not belong to me. What is the reason?

If you see different name/surname when you scan your smartcard to payment or load devices, your smartcard might have been formatted wrongly. If you are a METU staff, apply to the Directorate of Personnel Affairs, if you are a METU student apply to the Student Affairs Office where you can have your card checked and you can apply for a new card if it is necessary.
