In internal documents created in EBYS, the letterheads prepared by the Graphic Design Unit and listed at http://www.metu.edu.tr/tr/gkk/antetli-kagitlar are used. For example, the letterhead used for the Rectorate is as follows:

If the unit name appears differently on the letterhead when you preview the document during internal correspondence creation, please check whether a letterhead for your unit exists in the list at http://www.metu.edu.tr/tr/gkk/antetli-kagitlar.

If your unit’s letterhead is not listed there but has been created and is currently in use by the Graphic Design Unit, you can send a sample to ebys-destek@metu.edu.tr to have it added to EBYS.

If there is currently no letterhead created for your unit, you will need to contact the Graphic Design Unit directly.

If the unit name on the internal letterhead is correct but there are errors in the unit’s address or contact information, you can report these for correction by contacting ebys-destek@metu.edu.tr .
