When the virtual money in your smart ID card is deducted from your account disproportionally compared to your uses, you can visit https://portal.metu.edu.tr and find SmartCard Service. After you login into the system, you can report your issue via Report Problem link. In that case, it is necessary to make contact with the bank for the card to be examined and if the bank determines problem, your money is turned in to your paired account.
