There are three different numbers in EBYS:

• Belge Takip no: Document type - YEAR and MONTH - monthly number (for example: 3201801-1 for a received document)
• Süreç no: A singular number used for the functioning of the system. (for example: 337912)
• Sayı: An SDP (Standart Dosya Planı) based number given in accordance to formal communication regulations. (for example: for a document that is saved in the 807.1 folder, 27566166-807.01-1)
