Why don’t the texts I write in the subject line appear exactly as I type them?
According to Official Correspondence Rules, the first letters of the words in the subject line must be capitalized. This rule can be bypassed by unchecking the “Format Subject” box.
For example, to keep abbreviations like TBMM or YÖK (which are written in all uppercase letters) exactly as you type them, you need to uncheck the “Format Subject” box.
