How can I check if my E-signature is working?

For the proper functioning of the KamuSM e-Signature certificate provided by your institution, the required drivers must be installed on your computer.

Accordingly, please install the Smart Card Driver and Card Reader Drivers as described on the following page:

During the installation process, please follow the instructions provided in the user guide below:

Please check whether your e-Signature certificate is visible in the Akis/Akia application.
The e-Signature token must be connected to the computer during this process.

When the Akia application is opened, the brand and model of the card reader should appear under the “System” section on the left panel. By selecting this item, the details of your e-Signature certificate will be displayed. If there is an issue with the card reader, no information may be shown in this section.

Additionally, you can verify whether your e-Signature is functioning properly by using the “Login with Electronic Signature” option at:
