You can create document templates in EBYS to use later. To create these templates:

Go to the template creating screen by following EBYS -> Şablon Yönetimi -> "Kurum İçi/Dışı Şablonlar" -> "Şablon oluştur"
Fill in the sections on the screen that you want to prepare for later.
After filling in the sections, save the template by clicking the "Şablon Kaydet" button from the buttons at the top.
You can use these templates later when creating documents.

Currently, you can not change the name of the saved templates. When using the template to create a document, you can save the template with another name and then delete the old template.
