For every status change (such as forwarding, signing, etc.) of documents created and processed within the EDMS workflow, automatic email notifications are sent to the individuals involved in the workflow.

Currently, there is no option to disable these automatic email notifications.

Users who feel they receive too many EDMS-related emails in their inbox and prefer not to see them can create email filters to automatically move these messages to a separate folder within their email account.
