It is planed to reduce the number of "spam" e-mail messages out going from METU with the usage of a spam filter. Within the scope of such an action, when an e-mail message gets stuck in the spam filter, an alert message will be relayed to the user via the e-mail program being used.

Documents that have not been sent to confirmation will stay in your archive as a deleted document after you delete the content and click the "İptal" button.
After a document has been sent to confirmation, it is recorded with a number, and it can not be deleted.

Everytime a document gets sent and returns, these processes are recorded in the system. The document will be listed as many times as the document is sent to the individual, so this situation is normal.

It is not possible to save a document as a template after sending it for signing, you should save it beforehand. If the person you sent the document for signing refunds the document without signing it, it is possible to save the document as a template.

You can change the addressing section on the document to English by using the "Belgede Görüntülenecek Muhatap Alanını Güncelle" feature.
But sections such as topics, e-signatures can only be in Turkish as of now. To make it available in English is currently in the planning process.
