If you can not log in to EBYS using your username that includes "@metu.edu.tr" and password, you should try logging in to other systems (METU Mail, ODTÜ Portal, METUSIS etc.).

If you can log in to other systems but not to EBYS, you should contact ebys-destek@metu.edu.tr and explain your situation.
