How can I save a document I sent for signing as a template?
It is not possible to save a document as a template after sending it for signing, you should save it beforehand. If the person you sent the document for signing refunds the document without signing it, it is possible to save the document as a template.

Are there any content templates to use while preparing a document in EBYS, how can I use them?
You can create templates or use templates you have created beforehand.
To use these templates while preparing a document:
Go to the new document preparation screen by following EBYS -> "Kurum İçi/Dışı Yazışma" -> "Kurum İçi/Dışı Yazı oluştur".

EBYS works in integration with METU Human Resources Management System (İKYS) under the Personnel Department Directorate of the university. The information shown about the department you belong to in the heading is taken from İKYS.

How can I cancel my document in EBYS?
You can only cancel documents you personally own or have prepared.
If the document you have prepared is currently owned by someone else, you should contact the related person to get a refund of the document. You can cancel the document after the refund.

Can a document that was prepared and e-signed in EBYS be deleted?
No, documents prepared and e-signed in EBYS can not be deleted.
