How can I view the flows that are awaiting confirmation in EBYS?
- Log in to EBYS.
- Click the button to the top right of the screen which shows how many documents you have waiting for your confirmation.

While viewing past documents from the Geçmiş section, the same document is listed more than once, why is that?
Everytime a document gets sent and returns, these processes are recorded in the system. The document will be listed as many times as the document is sent to the individual, so this situation is normal.
