After viewing the document from the history section (https://faq.cc.metu.edu.tr/faq/how-can-i-view-history-timelines-ebys), you can track the progress of the document from its workflow history.

Action buttons such as Approve, Forward, Send for Signature, Download, Return, Mark as Completed, or access to the document/form’s workflow history and notes are displayed in the area just above the incoming document or electronic form.

It is not possible to save a document as a template after sending it for signing, you should save it beforehand. If the person you sent the document for signing refunds the document without signing it, it is possible to save the document as a template.

You can only cancel documents you personally own or have prepared.
If the document you have prepared is currently owned by someone else, you should contact the related person to get a refund of the document. You can cancel the document after the refund.

A sent document can not be withdrawn by the sender. You should ask the receiver to send it back.
